Rewrote the mission statement from bullet points to a sentence capturing them.
Added the amendment process and powers of the constitution to the constitution
Added the membership rules that Mr. Myers has been using for other local schools
Added the updated attendance rules and how that affects being an Active Member
Rewrote the Leadership section to mention that officers may select leads for their department
Described the election process
Described departments a bit
Has the removed logistics department
