Description of the changes:

I updated all the paths
Added 3D Modeling of field objects
ripped code from Photon and added it in the utils folder. And redid all the math for us to use it. Wrote a bunch of clarifying comments to make sure it makes sense
I realized vision shouldn't be a subsystem, so made it a class
I realized that the wheel positions were not updating, so I made it into a method
I added april tag localization in vision rather than doing it all in the button creation
I also added tuning stuff in drive for field prep

BTW, I AM NEVER WRITING THESE MANY COMMENTS EVER AGAIN. I AM IN PAIN.

I have labelled this issue with the priority and correct subsystem.
I set the person that I worked on this with as a reviewer (who will need to approve the changes)
