Build Instructions

To build the code install the FRC IntelliJ Plugin, by downloading it and then going to Settings > Plugins > "Install plugin from disk..." and then selecting the downloaded zip file. When you open the project in IntelliJ for the first time you should be prompted to download and attach WPILib, if not go to Tools > FRC > Download Latest WPILib.
