Assets & documentation for setting up a custom field.

Assets define a 13'x30' field in the hallway outside RP lab and include. Includes field image, definition file and AprilTag layout file.

Also includes docs on how to create these assets, their format, and a script that allows for regenerating the AprilTag layout with different layouts.
